Our prices reflect our costs and not the usual high/low season pricing. In winter our heating and electricity costs are higher, therefore our highest prices are at this time and in the summer when we hope you are enjoying hot weather and light evenings, the prices reflect your lower use of oil and electricity.
We are sure you will all be experiencing the same battle with heating prices now oil is so expensive, so hope you understand our attempt to manage this in our pricings.
All bedding and towels are Included.
Prices for the Apartment are based on a minimum stay of 7 nights:
December, January and February - €75 per night
March, April, May, September, October and November - €70 per night
June, July and August - €65 per night
Additional charges:
€1 per adult, €0.5 per child per day Tourist Tax, payable on arrival at registration.
This is a legal requirement for all guests in Slovenia, staying in any type of accommodation. We keep it listed like this as we have to pay it separately for you and register your details as guests once you arrive.
Weekend/Part week Bookings:
Are accepted where possible and are charged at €75 per night due to increased energy use from washing and cleaning costs.
Deposit:
50% on booking, remainder on arrival.
Cancellations:
50% deposit is non refundable.
Retainer for damages:
€100 at time of deposit.
To be returned at end of stay unless an agreed amount is to be kept for any damages.
